Local and out-of-town groups that want to rent an event space in Grant County have dozens of options, depending on what they’re looking for.With the addition of several private and university-related rental spaces, the number of facilities in the county has jumped in recent years.There is a good-sized market of out-of-town groups looking to rent facility space in the area, according to Karen Niverson, executive director of the Grant County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.
